The start of something new

Seniors, graduation is slowly approaching. When you graduate high school, that doesn't mean you stop. It is just a milestone in your life that you have overcome. You graduating high school means you go further, reach for the stars, and follow your dreams. You think, “Well, I’ve been in school for 13 years just for a handshake, a ceremony, and a piece of paper.” However, in reality that piece of paper could get you further in life. With that piece of paper you can get into college, maybe get a good paying job (but only if you go to college), or get some type of certification. You can make twice as much money as you can with just a diploma.
We also have two big events left before graduation. Spring break and prom are two main events that you seniors don't want to miss. There will be more memories made during those than ever before. Let's make the rest of our high school days the best; we are almost there, and we're closer than ever before. May 22 will be here before you know it, so remember: “Graduation is not the end, it's the beginning.” It's the start of something new!
