Freedom of the press--to a certain point

The Hazelwood Decision was in January 1988 when schools were given the right to censor student publications. This affects public schools in the way that students write articles. Schools can censor or deny any articles that are written by students when previously they had First Amendment protection. --Tristen Lee, Zach Norwood, and Dylan Painter
