This year’s play is different from any play we’ve done at Westside. I personally think it’s different in the best way. Our plays in the past have been happy and bubbly, but this one is deeper. Our main character, Stan, is in an insane asylum, with nothing but his imagination. The other cast members are his imagination. Practices are very productive, and I can’t wait for everyone to see this year’s play. It’s more appropriate for our age group. Not everyone sees how much work goes into this for your entertainment. We stay after school until 5:30, and it can be later if we didn’t get everything accomplished for that day. I can’t wait to see what’s in store come October! --Davanna Gargaro
