Potato bacon cheddar tart by Jaden Baker

You will need three medium yellow potatoes, two packages of thick cut bacon, two packages of shredded cheese, and a cast iron skillet. Cook the potatoes whole until tender. Next, line the skillet with the bacon in a circle starting in the middle. Then, slice the potatoes in medium sized slices or however thick you want them. Line the bottom of the bacon cover skillet with potatoes. Salt and pepper them. Take a package of cheese and cover the potatoes. Take the rest of the potatoes and cheese and repeat the last few steps. Then fold the bacon over to cover the potatoes and cheese. Cook until the bacon is how you like it.
